Adrian is the host and creator of The Long Debrief — a combat veteran, former sheriff's deputy, and psychology student who builds the show around the long, honest conversations that rarely get airtime anywhere else.
His background sits at the intersection of service and self-examination: deployments to Iraq during the 2006–2007 surge, years in law enforcement, and an ongoing reckoning with the beliefs he carried out of both. He's interested in what it actually takes for people to change — how trauma shapes conviction, how ideology takes root, and what it looks like to come out the other side.
When he's not behind the mic, he's hiking trails in the Pacific Northwest, working on his homestead, or deep in coursework at Portland State.
